If you are not sure, check the network settings or contact your administrator to confirm the password.

4. Run a network test
PlayStation 5 has a native tool to test and diagnose your internet connection. The tool can diagnose slow upload or download speeds and other connection issues. If your PS5 connects to a network but you can't use the internet, use the tool to check the network signal strength.
Open the settings menu of your PS5, go toRot>connection statusand selectInternet Connection Test.
If your network passes all tests, there is likely a problem with your PlayStation Network console or servers.

Go to your router settings, increase the network connection limit and try connecting your PS5 to the network again. Contact your network administrator if you cannot access the router settings. If you cannot increase the connection limit, disconnect other devices from the network to free up space for your PS5.
